Here is an effect that is quite compelling, and inexplicably, quick and easy!
It is a video tutorial, well suited for most any version of Photoshop Elements. It is called the The Hayes Island Effect.
Here is my application of this effect to an afternoon backyard family barbecue at my sister-in-law's house; is that nice or what?!
Give it a go, and have some fun!!
