One of the really fun filters in PSE is the Liquify filter so I thought for this Challenge we'd play with the filter and see what happens! You are of course free to use any other tools and effects. You can see a short tutorial on how to use the filter in Elements here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCMNh6KOZLU . A good example of creating an interesting background using the Render Cloud, Liquify and Gradient Map can be seen at youtu.be/5SJCMMKBQ0A . It uses Photoshop but works just the same in Elements. If you want to play with people feel free - you'll find lots of tutorials on how to Liquify people. Photoshop CC has some extra face manipulation tools but you can do much the same in Elements. This one was done using PSE13 and the Render Clouds - Liquify - Gradient Map method (I used the transparent rainbow gradient map) This one was done using an image of barn quilts that I had posted earlier and just poked it around with the Liquify filter. And here's a face - with the cartoon effect in Challenge No. 114 added. Have fun liquifying Tony
